The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will designate an inspection date on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intent to participate prior to the established date.
In case of awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the countervalue of the adjudicated assets. Conversion into lei will be carried out at the date of invoice issuance, according to the BNR exchange rate valid on that day.
The bid increment is 5% of the starting price.
The tender book for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry standards, will include the rules for participating in the auction, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for goods valued up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for goods valued over 5,000 euros. It can be purchased at the liquidator’s office or by phone and sent to the participant via e-mail.
The auction participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documentation, must be submitted at the office of the judicial liquidator at least 24 hours before the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the sale price for the successful bidder and returned to those who are not declared winners.
In the case of equal bids, the winner will be the party undertaking to pay the total price in the shortest period.
The deadline for payment is 5 working days from the awarding moment. Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of the paid advance as guarantee and exclusion from future auctions to be organized.
