The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT No. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register at the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed in this capacity by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with calling, with upward bidding, for the individual sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Those interested in the viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate before the set date.

In case of awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into lei will be done on the date the invoice is issued, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender book for participation in the auction will be drafted by the judicial liquidator in accordance with the standard practices in the field, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for goods up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for goods over 5,000 euros. It can be purchased at the judicial liquidator’s office, or by telephone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee for the auction will be 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the items for which the participant has been declared the successful bidder and will be returned to the persons who were not declared successful bidders.

In the event of equal bidding, the bidder committing to pay the total price in the shortest term will be declared the successful bidder.

The payment term for the price will be 5 working days from the awarding. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will no longer be able to participate in subsequent auctions.
