Subscribed, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT No. RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, faliment, en faillite, with its registered office in Dej Municipality, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apartment 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under number J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,
organizes a public auction with ascending price bidding for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case of no assignment, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing date on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties for viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.
During the organization of public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.
In case of assignment, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the assigned assets. The price conversion into RON will be carried out on the date the fiscal invoice is issued, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation documentation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices, will include the auction participation regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets valued over 5,000 euros. It can be purchased at the liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent by e-mail to the participant.
The auction participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator's office. The auction participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant has been declared the successful bidder and will be refunded to those who were not declared successful bidders.
In the event of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest possible term.
The payment deadline for the price is 5 working days from the time of assignment. If the successful bidder does not pay the remaining price, the advance paid as a guarantee will be forfeited and the person will no longer be able to participate in subsequent auctions.
