J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed under Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending bid, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026, between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be effected at the date of the fiscal invoice using the BNR exchange rate of that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender dossier for participation in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in line with industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. The dossier can be obtained at the judicial liquidator’s office or by phone, with subsequent email delivery to participants.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the headquarters of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant has been declared the winning bidder and will be refunded to those not declared successful bidders.

In the event of identical price offers, the successful bidder will be the person committing to make full payment in the shortest timeframe.

The payment deadline will be 5 working days from the adjudication. If full payment is not made, the winning bidder will forfeit their down payment submitted as a guarantee and will be barred from participating in future auctions.
