Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Cluj Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction (ascending call) for the individual sale of the following asset:
Conventional timber drying kiln (with air/steam ventilation) Baschild Italia brand, equipped with 6 chambers and a drying capacity of 300 cubic meters, manufactured in 2005 – starting price €36,900 + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If the sale is not completed, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026 under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of sale, the judicial liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be done on the date of issuing the fiscal invoice, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation (specifications) for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with the usual practices, will contain the auction participation regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON + VAT. It can be purchased at the liquidator’s office or by phone and will then be sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee for the auction will be 10% of the starting price. This amount, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant has been declared successful bidder and will be refunded to those not declared as such.

In the event of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the person who commits to paying the full price within the shortest term.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from the moment of adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be able to participate in upcoming auctions.
