The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, having its registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Register at the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed under Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025, pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction, with ascending price and oral bidding, for the individual sale of the asset identified below:
Conventional timber drying kiln (air/steam ventilation) Baschild Italia brand, equipped with 6 chambers and a usable drying capacity of 300 m³, manufactured in 2005 – starting price 41,000 EUR + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the asset, the judicial liquidator will set an inspection date on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and confirm their intention to participate prior to the inspection date.

In case of awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue a VAT invoice for the value of the awarded asset(s). The price will be converted into RON at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the invoice date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation file will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be provided by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 5,000 RON + VAT. It can be acquired from the judicial liquidator's office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, along with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the headquarters of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the goods for which the participant has been declared the winning bidder and will be refunded to those who were not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the winning bidder shall be the person who undertakes to pay the entire price in the shortest term.

The deadline for payment is 5 working days from the moment of awarding. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the advance paid as guarantee and will no longer be allowed to participate in future auctions organized.
