organizes a public auction with ascending prices for the individual sale of the assets identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. If assets are not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For inspection of the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties for viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In the event of an award, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The price conversion into RON will be calculated on the day the fiscal invoice is issued, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The specifications booklet for participation in the auction will be drawn up by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry standards, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. It can be purchased from the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone and will be sent to the participant by e-mail.
The participation guarantee for the auction will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for which the participant is declared the winning bidder and will be refunded to those not declared winners.

In the event of identical bids, the winning bidder will be the person who commits to pay the full price in the shortest timeframe.

The payment deadline for the price will be 5 working days from the award. If the balance of the price is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions to be organized.
