The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, en faillite, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Register near Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, sole registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction, by open outcry with ascending price, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will be held on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the sale is not concluded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will establish a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

In case of adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Conversion of the price to RON will be done at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the invoice issue date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to industry standards, will include the auction participation regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to €5,000 and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets exceeding €5,000. The documentation can be purchased at the liquidator's office or requested by phone, and will be sent to the participant by email.

The auction participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the winning bidder and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In case of equal bid, the winning bidder will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the moment of adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as guarantee and will no longer be eligible to participate in future auctions to be organized.
