RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting in the capacity as judicial liquidator of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Register by the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction (oral ascending auction) for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In the event that the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing of the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a visiting day on 04.02.2026, between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. Currency conversion to RON will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction specifications document, required for participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT. It can be obtained from the office of the judicial liquidator or requested by phone to be sent by email to the participant.

The auction participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction enrolment documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the awarded items for successful bidders and returned to those who are not awarded.

In the case of equal bids, the bidder undertaking to pay the full price in the shortest time shall be declared the successful bidder.

The payment term is 5 working days from the time of adjudication. If the balance of the price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the deposit and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions organized by the liquidator.
