Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control system’s touch display ensures simple and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After the tube is pushed in, it is clamped by the chuck in the carriage, enabling precise tube positioning and the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. A standard feature also includes tube geometry verification before the bending process: if the bending process is started in the wrong position, the machine will not release it. Thus, operating errors are prevented. Optional additional features provide greater convenience and increase throughput, improving the system’s overall efficiency.

Data exchange with the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is possible via USB stick or network connection. Existing tube geometries can be imported using the software.

Unique graphical programming: Simple geometries can be calculated directly on the machine. After length and angle input, the control calculates the feed values and bending angles directly.
