MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 Double-Ended Tube Facing and Beveling Line

The MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double-ended beveling line is a high-performance industrial solution designed for simultaneous internal and external facing and beveling of steel tubes. This system enables the machining of two tubes at the same time, finishing both ends with high precision and repeatability.

Developed for demanding production environments, this line is suitable for hot- or cold-rolled carbon steel tubes, pickled or zinc-aluminium coated. Thanks to its CNC-controlled beveling units, automated tube conveying and positioning system, and integrated chip evacuation and blow-through cleaning systems, the MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 guarantees high productivity, consistent surface quality, and significantly reduced manual intervention.

- Tool disc for facing and internal/external beveling
