These have been converted to standard compartments during complete overhaul. All take-up rollers and pressure rollers have been newly vulcanized by Westland. The card rollers in the chain housing are also new or newly vulcanized. Central lubrication in the chain housing optimized by us. All machines have the first shaft free (for heavier reeds) and are fitted with 12 shafts. All machines feature Mütrans II. Individual machines with double belt take-off for heavy fabrics can be supplied optionally (estimated possible for 4-5 machines). Option to equip with fine-knurled take-up rollers (also estimated for 4-5 machines). All needle holders are suitable for twin needles. For this, two additional Mütrans II can be installed on request. The machines have been completely rebuilt. All bearings, shafts, and bushings have been checked and replaced if required. All swing arms have been inspected and replaced as necessary. Installed: 1st shaft free (spacer block installed) 2nd & 3rd shaft: swing arm 201 4th to 6th shaft: swing arm 202 7th to 9th shaft: swing arm 203 10th to 12th shaft: swing arm 204 13th shaft: swing arm 205 All shaft springs checked and replaced if necessary. No parts are porous, cracked, or defective. The electrical installation has been tested, the thread monitoring PCB checked and, if required, repaired or replaced. The machines are finished in RAL 6021 Müller pale green. All covers are clean and undamaged. The machines are supplied without Müdata. 4 machines are additionally equipped with a crawler gear. All machines have been set up and test run. Machines are supplied without oil, harnesses, slats, reeds, needles, or chain links. Delivery on Euro pallet, FOB Wuppertal.
