Our granulator MVZ 7.5 is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for secondary shredding of wood chips. Further details can be provided after testing with your material.

Our granulators are used for reducing a wide range of materials, such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suitable for many size reduction tasks.

For example, in injection moulding applications, scrap parts and sprues need to be reprocessed. In blow moulding processes, scrap parts, parisons, or startup waste can arise. Materials processed include blow-moulded items such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes.

Material is fed from above into the cutting chamber of the granulator via a hopper. The rotor inside is equipped with cutting blades. The material is reduced between the rotating blades and the stationary knives fixed in the cutting chamber housing until the defined regrind falls through the screen located below the rotor. *Option: The ground material is usually conveyed pneumatically into big bags, silos or other containers after shredding.
