For sale is a row drilling machine, also known as a strip drilling machine.
The KS LBM DB 04 DR row drilling machine is designed for drilling strips and guide rails made of aluminium, plastic, and wood, as well as roller shutter end slats (for wooden profiles up to 3m long with a height of up to 90mm).

The machine is equipped with 4 pairs of three-phase drilling units. Four holes each are drilled from below and above, either in parallel or with a time offset. The distances between the drilling units are manually set using a grid system for different spacings. The indexing holes are equipped with drill bushings into which hardened indexing pins are centred.
The offered strip drilling machine is therefore equipped with 8 drilling heads (4 directed downward and 4 upward).

We used the machine in our workshop for drilling wooden fence profiles.
It has always served us well over the past years.
Since our customer is switching to plastic profiles, we unfortunately no longer have any use for it.

The machine includes 8 extraction adapters for removing drilling chips, with hose and collector for customer-side extraction system.
