Operating principle:
Processing structural timber for chalet construction / log house manufacturing.
The beams can be processed in a single pass:

• cutting to length
• horizontal and vertical milling of tenons/grooves in one clamping
• drilling
• milling of end grooves

Robust welded construction.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) with 4 special milling motors,
with hardened and ground guides for maximum machining precision.
Carriage guided by dust-protected and preloaded ball bearing rollers.

Working area up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control,
motors protected by thermal relays.
Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with protective covers,
central connection for customer-side chip extraction, with 2 eccentric clamps,
without milling tools (rebate cutter).
With hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled,
synchronized with the start-up of the milling motors.
Rapid traverse and feed speed infinitely variable. Fully wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.
Planks thicker than 14 cm must be machined in two passes.
Such planks must be repositioned for remachining by the excess thickness dimension.
Machine protection covers over moving parts, gas spring counterbalanced.
