2 Pressure beams with selective pressure adjustment system – CSD® system
Continuously adjustable pressure for individual pressure elements, for single and multiple feed. 32 mm spacing. Workpiece tolerance compensation up to 2 mm via maintenance-free pressure magnets. Working width and start/end of sanding by the pressure beam are set electronically.
The pressure elements are actuated by lifting electromagnets, which are capable of continuously varying the pressure of each sanding pad as the workpiece passes through the machine. This innovative CSD® technology always ensures proportionally equal pressure in relation to pad overlap on the workpiece. The risk of edge through-sanding is almost eliminated by this dynamic, continuous pressure force control.
