Infeed:
- Stable aluminum construction using proven profile design
- Ergonomically adjustable working height from 985 to 1055 mm
- Raw bar length min. 400 mm to max. 6,000 mm (extension kit for 6,500 mm optionally available)
- Material feed via chain conveyor for automatic 9-slot loading
- Working direction from left to right

Profi Cutting Saw:
- Band saw automatic machine with pneumatic clamping system consisting of 3 clamping elements
- Infinitely variable saw feed via hydraulic unit
- Work process controlled by Exenso control system
- The sawing zone is secured at the front by a light curtain.
- Saw band drive: 1.5 kW, frequency controlled
- Saw band dimensions: HBS 250 G 3320 x 27 x 0.9 mm, long service life
- Cutting speed: in standard operation 15-110 m/min
- Cutting range width 10-120 mm, height 10-80 mm

Outfeed:
- Stable aluminum construction in proven profile design
- Ergonomic picking height from 760 to 820 mm (note: not adjustable separately from the working height)
- Part outfeed via powered roller conveyor with steel rollers
- Roller-guided ejector unit over three levels onto an inclined removal table
- Maximum workpiece length by automatic outfeed 3,500 mm (optional extension kit up to 4,500 mm working length available)
- Scrap disposal via ejector unit – maximum length 600 mm
- Scrap falls via chute into customer-provided scrap container (note: scrap container not included in delivery)
- Remnant marking at deposit position marked for manual deposit by the operator

Software / Data interface:
- HECHT Software Exenso ESA (version specified after joint preliminary acceptance)

Operating Process:
- Reinforcement steels are placed by the operator according to specification/display into the loading magazine on the infeed.
- Data transmission via integrated data interface from the customer’s window manufacturing software of the required PVC cutting center lengths
- Steel is fed in and transported automatically
- Optimized cutting to the specified length
- Transport of steel to the removal position in the outfeed
- Optionally, double cutting can be performed after inspection
