Dowel Hole Boring Machine GANNOMAT "DB 21400V, 3Ph, 50Hz / 1.5 kW" complete in standard configuration including:

- Fully automatic electronic control with pulse operation via foot pedal: clamping-drilling-unclamping, with electric skip cycle.
- Automatic return of the drilling unit after reaching the set drilling depth.
- Automatic borehole depth extension for end-face drilling. This eliminates the need to reset the drilling depth when switching from face to end drilling (+10 mm, e.g., for dowel length 35 mm, drilling depth face side 14 mm, and end drilling depth 24 mm).

- 1 boring beam with 21 spindles, 32 mm pitch, 1.5 kW motor (drilling feed 0-70 mm). Includes 21 quick-change chucks (Ganner system) for easy drill bit replacement.
- Simple swiveling of the drilling unit from 0° to 90°, supported by gas springs.
- 1 clamping carrier movable along the Y-axis with 3 pneumatic clamping cylinders, for workpiece heights up to max. 80 mm.
- Ideal stop system consisting of:
- 1 stop rail (fence) 1800 mm for shelf drilling (aluminum profile 40x40 mm) with 3 drop-in stops,
- with quick-change system, easily switchable from right to left stop side for mirrored shelf drilling in carcass construction, also suitable for line boring in the 32 mm system.
- Side stops and position settings, as well as drilling height positioning via mechanical digital counters on the support table.
- Side stops can be easily swung away for shortest retooling times between case, frame, and line boring operations.
- Clamping arms for clamping carrier for line boring positions up to max. 300 mm.
- Ideal three-stage tool system.
