Gooseneck: Gooseneck with angled front corners approximately 45° and a rear angle of approximately 750 mm x 10°. 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN). Hardwood decking approximately 30 mm thick.

Extendable Platform: Extendable platform with a rear angle of approximately 500 mm x 8°. 6 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 5,000 daN). 4 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings lying horizontally at the front of the platform (LC 10,000 daN). 1 intermediate table approximately 250 mm. Hardwood decking approximately 48 mm thick, with diamond plate decking over the axles. Recesses in the outer frame of the platform for attaching tension straps (LC 2,000 daN).

Axles: BPW axles and suspension; all axles have hydro-mechanical forced steering. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Air suspension with lifting and lowering valve. Axle tool kit.

Tires: Tires 245/70 R 17.5, load index (146/146 F) - brand of our choice.

King Pin: JOST king pins (mechanical) with a 2-speed gearbox for an approximate lifting capacity of 24 tons (approximate test load of 50 tons).

Braking System: Braking system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M) without connection lines to the tractor unit.

Painting: First-class and durable corrosion protection of the standard shot-blasted welded frame, guaranteed by a 2-component (2K) zinc dust primer. A high-quality 2-component (2K) topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 carmine red. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic paint is not possible.

Steel Construction: Steel construction made of high-strength fine-grain steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa).

Electrical System: Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 volts ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3), ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the connection bar at the front with 24N, 24S & 15-pole sockets. Connection according to ISO: 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pole ISO-12098.

Includes the following additional equipment:
- 2-inch king pin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approximately 400 mm high.
- Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized connection bar at the front.
- 4 wheel chocks with holder on the front wall (± 5 kg).
- A spare wheel holder in front of the front wall.
- Electro-hydraulic power unit (± 45 kg).
- Steering from the front and rear by means of a cable remote control with push buttons, with single-axle steering (without installation in the tractor unit).
