This compact all-round machine can help you increase productivity. The hydraulic guillotine shear model HVR supports you in achieving precise, fast, and cost-efficient cuts in your daily operations. With the use of hydraulic hold-down units for securing the sheet and a support table equipped with integrated ball rollers, ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator is ensured. The CNC control enables the use of various sheet types pre-installed in the material database. After selecting maximum thickness & material type, the optimal blade clearance and cutting angle are automatically set via the CNC control using electro-hydraulic adjustment—but can also be set manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can easily be set using the touchscreen. Additionally, the controller offers memory for cutting programs including cut sequences.
