INDEX C200

The INDEX C200 – built in 2009 – is a high-performance CNC production turning machine equipped with a FANUC 31i control system, main and counter spindle, and a 65 mm bar capacity. The machine features a premium 3-turret configuration, with turrets 1 and 2 each offering X, Z, and Y axes, and turret 3 dedicated to operations on the counter spindle. All three disc turrets have 10 stations each and allow for highly flexible complete machining, thanks to driven tools with speeds up to 6,000 rpm. With a gantry parts catcher, conveyor belt, C-axes on both main and counter spindle, and powerful spindle drives, this machine is ideally suited for productive series manufacturing of complex turned/milled parts.
