The HVR model hydraulic guillotine shear supports you in precise, fast and cost-effective cutting during your daily operations. The use of hydraulic hold-downs for sheet clamping and a support table with integrated ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator. The CNC control enables the use of various sheet types stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness and material type, the optimal blade gap and shearing angle are set automatically by the CNC control via electro-hydraulic adjustment, but can also be manually adjusted. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via the touchscreen. Additionally, the control features memory for cutting programs with sequence management.
