The manufacturer ERMAK offers you, with the hydraulic swing beam shear series HGD, a robust and durable machine for the economical processing of sheet metal. This compact all-round machine allows you to increase your productivity. The hydraulic swing beam shear model HGD supports you in making precise, fast and cost-efficient cuts in your daily operations. By using hydraulic hold-downs to secure the sheet metal and a support table with built-in ball rollers, ergonomic and efficient cutting is ensured for your operator. The CNC control allows for the use of various sheet types already stored in the material library. Once the maximum thickness is selected, the optimal cutting gap is adjusted automatically by the CNC electro-hydraulically, but can also be set manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via touchscreen. Additionally, the controller features a memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
