Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed pursuant to Civil Decision no. 1278 from 03.07.2025 rendered by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with bidding, with increasing price, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. If unsold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In the event of adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date the invoice is issued, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for auction participation will be compiled by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry standards, will contain the auction participation regulations, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT. It may be purchased directly at the liquidator’s office, or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant via e-mail.

The auction participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with all application documents, must be submitted at the office of the judicial liquidator no later than 24 hours prior to the auction date. The guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for winning bidders and refunded to those not declared successful.

In the event of equal highest bids, the successful bidder will be the one who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The payment term for the purchase price is 5 working days from adjudication. If the remaining price is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the advance paid as guarantee and will be disqualified from participating in future auctions.
