General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP Series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and metal forming (spinning) applications. The 8-slide H-frame structure provides maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 200/70 model, with its 200-ton main ram and 70-ton cushion (pot) capacity, is designed for deep drawing and metal forming operations requiring medium-high tonnage. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
