General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 200 / 70 ton column-type hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity four-column hydraulic press solution designed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The steel frame, made from St52 grade material, undergoes stress-relief via vibration treatment, ensuring high parallelism and verticality tolerances are maintained during continuous operation. The ram and blank holder systems operate independently, with stroke and pressure settings finely adjustable via the touch panel.

With REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and PLC-controlled design, the press provides high efficiency and reliable operation. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination warnings minimize maintenance needs.
