General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 40/15 ton column-type hydraulic deep drawing press is a compact and rigid press solution designed for precise metal forming, deep drawing, and drawing applications. Its four-column frame construction ensures stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the pressing operation.

The press body, manufactured from St52 grade steel, undergoes stress relief via vibration methods. The ram and pot systems can be controlled independently, with stroke and pressure adjustments made precisely via the touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 efficiency class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, it ensures long service life, safety, and efficient operation. The user-friendly PLC-controlled system minimizes operator errors.

This model is an ideal solution for small to medium-scale deep drawing, deep forming, die testing, and precision pressing applications.
