General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 300 / 100 ton column-type hydraulic deep draw press is a highly rigid four-column hydraulic press solution developed for metal spinning, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The St52 grade steel welded frame undergoes a stress-relief process through vibration. This ensures parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances remain stable over the entire stroke length during pressing operations. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and tonnage adjustments can be precisely controlled via the touch panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and PLC-controlled architecture, the system provides high efficiency and reliable operation. An automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination warnings minimize maintenance requirements.

With its 300 / 100-ton capacity, this model is the ideal industrial press solution for medium and heavy-duty metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
