Application Range
As testing volumes increase, so does the need for a higher degree of automation (compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modularly expandable device that allows you to determine both melt mass-flow rate and melt volume-flow rate. The Mflow melt flow tester, in its basic version, is designed for MFR tests according to Method A and can be upgraded for MVR tests according to Method B. The following standards can be tested:
• Methods A and B in accordance with ISO 1133
• Methods A, B, and C in accordance with ASTM D 1238
• ASTM D 3364
• JIS K 7210
Optionally, the Mflow can be expanded, for example, with pneumatic weight lifting (with and without cleaning function) or with weight addition.
The Mflow can be operated either as a standalone machine via a modern touch display, or with ZwickRoell testing software on a PC.
