With increasing test volumes, the demand for a higher degree of automation (compared to the Cflow) also rises. The Mflow is a modularly expandable device that allows you to determine the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) and the Melt Volume Rate (MVR).

The Mflow melt flow tester is, in its basic version, designed for MFR testing according to Method A and can be upgraded for MVR testing according to Method B.

Testing according to the following standards is possible:
- Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
- Methods A, B, and C according to ASTM D 1238
- ASTM D 3364
- JIS K 7210

Optionally, the Mflow can be expanded, e.g., with pneumatic weight lifting (with or without cleaning function) or weight staging.

The Mflow can be operated either standalone via a modern touch display or in combination with the ZwickRoell testing software on a PC.
