No basic equipment: High-precision spindle SK 50 with 0.002 mm runout,
autofocus,
rotary encoder ROD and "3D scan" with 3D contour data output are optional ZOLLER features, subject to an extra charge.

The measuring electronics were replaced with a new ZOLLER IPC in 2022; in September 2024, the ZOLLER service department serviced and calibrated the machine – status is good. The previous owner is not a tool manufacturer, but a manufacturer of precision clamping devices: the machine was located in the demonstration area next to a Walter Mini Power with automation and was only used for demonstrations – once a week to once a month. Complete with control unit cockpit-pilot, label printer and complete ZOLLER documentation.

WHAT MAKES THIS MACHINE STAND OUT
- Options included: CNC, high-precision spindle SK 50, autofocus, rotary encoder and "3D scan" are optional ZOLLER features that incur an extra charge when new – installed on this machine and included in the price.
- CNC in Z, X and C: the machine automatically moves to the cutting edge and executes measuring programs automatically – many smile machines on the market are manual.
- High-precision spindle SK 50: runout 0.002 mm, spindle brake, locking at 4 × 90° (ZOLLER option – installed, included in the price).
- Autofocus and rotary encoder ROD: the cutting edge is automatically brought into focus, the angular position is precisely detected – results independent of the operator (ZOLLER options – installed, included in the price).
- "3D scan" with 3D contour data output: 3D tool model as STEP, STL, DXF or XML for simulation and collision checking in CAM – rarely found on a used machine.
