Single Column Lift as a Versatile Solution

The first stage of the modular system is the ESL or “Single Column Lift.” True to its name, the ESL is a lift system with a single lifting column, along which a transport platform travels vertically. The standard ESL has a rated load capacity of 500 kg.

The standard transport platform features internal dimensions of 1000 mm x 1600 mm (external dimensions 1100 mm x 1700 mm), providing ample space for a Euro pallet including pallet jack. The platform is fitted with a flat floor (15 mm thick with an approach ramp at the loading side on the lowest level), enabling easy access and eliminating the need for a pit recess in the building floor. The enclosure around the platform is 1100 mm high and constructed from robust welded mesh panels.

By default, the ESL is delivered as a fully enclosed, self-supporting lift system. Each floor is equipped with dedicated landing doors and fixed enclosure panels made from safety machine guard mesh. The landing doors are system-integrated and can only be opened when the platform is present, thanks to an electric safety lock.
