Line composition and equipment

WEINIG GRECON HS 120 finger jointing machine – year 2018
Complete working line including a brush feeder for wooden elements, two throughfeed milling machines, an automatic glue applicator, a pre-pressing station for finger-jointed elements, and a press with a pressing length of 6.5 meters.

Automatic feeding of the tenoner – ABB robotic station
ABB IRB 6640 four-axis robot providing automatic loading of wooden elements up to 600 mm in length. The system is equipped with two pallet cells, allowing uninterrupted, alternating work of the entire line without downtime. Year of build for robotic station: 2021.

Automatic glue supply system
Automatic glue feeding to the tenoner from a 1000-liter IBC container. Integrated automatic agitator ensures consistent glue application quality and continuous production process.

Receiving station after pressing – FAMAD scissor lift
FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the tenoner press, designed for receiving battens after the jointing process. Automatic height adjustment. Working table dimensions: 6.0 m x 1.3 m.

Material handling system
Roller conveyor system with turntables, enabling transport of scantlings to the robot loading cell and the tenoner. The solution ensures smooth material logistics and continuous operation of the entire line.

Post-tenoning roller storage
Roller storage for buffering and stocking battens after finger jointing. Storage areas with a total length of 82 meters.
