For sale: a complete, automated line for finger jointing wooden elements, based on the WEINIG GRECON HS 120 tenoner from 2014.
This line is designed for the industrial-scale production of lengthwise-bonded components—such as battens, scantlings, and other wood components requiring high joint strength and repeatability.

The system is engineered for continuous operation with minimal operator involvement, ensuring process stability and high production efficiency.

The line comprises:

• WEINIG GRECON HS 120 Tenoner (2014) equipped with:
– Brush infeed conveyor for wooden elements,
– Two through-feed milling machines,
– Automatic glue applicator,
– Pre-press station for jointed elements,
– Press with a pressing length of 6.5 meters.

• Automated tenoner loading performed by an ABB IRB 6640 4-axis robot designed for handling wooden elements up to 600 mm in length.
Robotised workstation (built in 2021) fitted with two pallet stations, allowing for uninterrupted, alternating operation of the entire GRECON HS 120 line.

• Automatic glue feeding system – glue drawn from a 1000-litre IBC with an integrated automatic agitator ensuring consistent application quality and uninterrupted flow.

• FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the tenoner press for collecting battens after jointing.
Automatic height adjustment. Table dimensions: 6.0 m x 1.3 m.

• Roller conveyor transport system with turntables, allowing the transfer of scantlings to the robot loading cell and to the tenoner.

• Roller conveyor storage buffer for stacking and storing battens after tenoning – storage lanes totalling 82 metres in length.

The offered machine is part of a fully integrated industrial line for panel production using finger joint technology. Additional machinery or complete production lines can also be purchased.
