The environmentally friendly CNC servo press brakes from WEINBRENNER, WPS series, represent a significant improvement over previous standard hydraulic machines.
Up to 60% energy savings and higher angular accuracy.
The tool holder is compatible with the AMADA system, as are the corresponding tools.
The stability of the press is optimized by a closed frame construction.
To compensate for deflection, the press is equipped with a motorized, CNC-controlled table crowning system (WILA system).

- CNC control unit "ESA S875-2D". Allows simple graphical programming of products. With a single keystroke, the controller calculates the bending sequence and all axis positions (including collision warning). 15" TFT color display touchscreen, USB port, network connectivity, tool database for up to 50 punches and dies each. Graphical 2D programming, 2D representation during operation, up to 4 axes plus auxiliary functions.
- Height- and side-adjustable arm (2 axes) for ergonomic and convenient operation of the CNC control unit.
- Divided top tool, "Amada" system, made in Italy, material C50 (HRC 50-52), induction-hardened and ground surfaces. Load capacity: 100 t per meter. Standard delivery: sections: 2 x 835 mm, gooseneck left and right 100 mm each, remaining parts in smaller sections. Height 66.6 mm.
