Intuitive Operation Thanks to Siemens PLC Control with Touch Display

To ensure the electronics are perfectly matched to the machine, we design, build, and wire our control cabinets in-house. We use only high-quality components, such as those from Siemens or Rittal. Intuitive touchscreen controls allow for rapid adjustments. Features such as setting the pusher cycle or stop enable high throughput rates. The integrated overload protection also prevents machine failures.

No Material Bridging Thanks to Self-Cleaning Hopper Design

The hopper serves several functions. It is used to load the material to be shredded—manually, mechanically, or via conveyor. The generous opening also allows for convenient filling of very large parts. Of critical importance for shredding is its special design, which is rounded at the front to effectively prevent material bridging. Even bulky materials are automatically cleared by the shredder. Optional hopper extensions and lids with gas struts are available if required.

Durable Rotor Bearings Thanks to Offset Design

A rotor bearing must be particularly robust due to the extreme loads during shredding operations. To prevent dust or foreign matter from entering, we have offset it from the machine frame. This also makes it very maintenance-friendly and easy to access.
