Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. The compact, space-saving machine can thus be used successfully in small, medium, and large businesses. Its low price justifies investment even for small batch sizes and single-piece production.

Drive is via a pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-screw drive ensures smooth operation, a centralized pull point, and consistent cutting performance. The open tool table allows large workpieces to be positioned freely. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not require clamping. Stroke adjustment is made via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. When broaching short hubs or workpieces, several pieces can be stacked.
