Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 – NEW MACHINE:

Its main application is in the production of keyways (widths from 3–28 mm) and similarly sized profiles. The compact, space-saving design allows this machine to be used successfully in small, medium, and large facilities. The low cost makes it a viable option even for small batch or one-off production.
The drive is provided by a pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pull point, and constant cutting force. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be easily positioned. In most cases, workpieces for broaching do not require clamping. Stroke adjustment is performed via adjustable end switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, arbors, and spare parts available at competitive conditions upon request.
