Beskrivelse
The system consists of two identical laser welding machines. The following components are included with the system:
Trumpf TruDisk 5001 laser source (shared laser source for both machines)
Trumpf 12-12-30-A32/11 disk laser with focusing optics (PFO)
Laser measurement and determination with PRIMES FocusParameterMonitor (FPM)
Control cabinet cooling RITTAL SK 3185830
Welding fume extraction HERDING Comp 1500-8/9 SB
Dosing unit HERDING Multicoater_MCI 55/1 (for the addition of additives during the filtration process)
So far, the system was used for the production of Li-ion batteries (E-Smart). In this process, cell connectors for series connections in battery modules were welded. The cycle time for battery modules in this production was 3–4 minutes. The system was professionally dismantled in March 2025. A layout of the system can be found in the attached PDF.
