The V5 height measuring instrument is the successor to the legendary V+ series, of which thousands of units have already been sold to workshops around the world and which is renowned for its simple operation and high quality.

Trimos was the first company to introduce vertical measuring instruments to the market more than 50 years ago. The V5 models embody the consolidation of the expertise accumulated over the years. The highly readable display and user-friendly functions ensure exceptional ease of use. But that's not all: the V5 is equipped with a revolutionary displacement handwheel that allows the user to choose whether to move the measuring carriage manually or by motor. Each mode is uncompromising—users preferring manual instruments will not notice a difference compared to classic manual equipment, and the same applies to motorized movement. This innovation eliminates a difficult purchasing decision and allows multiple potential users to operate the same device efficiently.

The V5 design, featuring lateral probe holders, revives an old Trimos tradition: they allow measurements with long, robust probes that guarantee excellent repeatability.
