Consists of the following assemblies:

1.) Vacuum table with flat workpiece feed belt, vacuum track 780 mm in the belt center,
Belt feed motor approx. 3 kW, frequency controlled for stepless feed
1 – 10 m/min,
Toggle switch for belt forward and reverse, digital display for belt speed
and stepless adjustment of table height. Suitable for wet processing.

2.) Contact roller approx. Ø 180 mm x 1350 mm wide, drive approx. 15/19 kW,
Belt speed approx. 11-22 m/sec, with fine height adjustment and pneumatic
oscillation in cross direction, various grinding belts included.

3.) Vertical grinding/deburring disc (disc brushing system) approx. Ø 1200 mm,
consists of self-adhesive non-woven nylon in different qualities available,
specifically for deburring and cleaning surfaces and for radiusing edges of workpieces.
Also suitable for workpieces with different heights. Drive approx. 7.5 kW, disc oscillates
motorically (2.2 kW) over the entire belt width.

4.) Contact roller approx. Ø 180 mm x 1350 mm wide, drive approx. 18.5 kW,

Belt speed approx. 11 m/sec, with fine height adjustment and pneumatic
oscillation in cross direction, various grinding belts included.

5.) Wet execution = complete coolant system consisting of
Belt filter unit with pump integrated in the machine base, rotary feedthrough
at the top of the deburring disc spindle, water return via vacuum table,
as well as a water mist separator installed above the machine, with
blower approx. 5.3 kW. Side doors made of stainless V2A sheet metal. Oil skimmer, etc.

6.) Side-mounted control panel with clear controls and digital
position display and speed indicators. Joystick for feed belt and
table adjustment, 3 x ammeters, etc., as well as pressure rollers for
workpieces at front and rear, emergency stop
