Robust and durable steel construction with a force-locking design – no torsion-prone design due to, for example, a split construction of the bending head and mandrel carrier. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive of the bending axis. The touchscreen control panel allows simple and intuitive programming as well as operation of the system. After inserting the tube, it is clamped in place by the chuck in the carriage, enabling precise positioning of the tube and the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard features also include geometry verification before the bending process: if the bending process is started at an incorrect position, the machine will not release operation. This excludes operating errors. Optional additional features offer greater convenience and increase both output and efficiency of the system.

Data exchange with the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is carried out via USB stick or by FTP access from the computer to the machine controller. USB or LAN connectors (RJ45) are provided as standard. Existing tube geometries can thus be quickly and easily converted, e.g., via the STEP format.

Unique graphical programming: Simple geometries can be calculated directly at the machine. Once length and angle are entered, the controller directly calculates the feed and bending angles.
