SOEST Oberflächenlinie neuwertig RCR-400-L Reserve & VP-400-1B-2P-2B

SOEST universal surface processing line for oiling, staining, lye treatment, patination, etc. Primarily designed for parquet surfaces up to 40cm workpiece width.

1) Roller Coater RCR-400-L Reverse, for applying and removing surface products such as oils, stains, lacquers, etc.
2) Brushing/Distributor Machine VP-400-1B-2P-2B with one brush, two plate pads, and an additional two brushes. Used for distributing and working in surface media, patinating in pores, and/or for removing, distributing, and working in products depending on the desired surface effects.
3) Accessories: two spare application rollers, unused material pump, four spare brushes, various distribution pads, and a pneumatic brush cleaning machine.

This complete surface processing line is built for professional industrial use and is configured with the highest level of equipment. A wide range of accessories is included, such as additional rollers and cleaning machines (see pictures!).
Very robust construction, all motors are frequency controlled (Siemens). Speeds are infinitely adjustable in both co-rotating and counter-rotating directions. Maximum workpiece width approx. 410mm.

The line is in excellent condition, used very little (approximately 180 operating hours), and is therefore classified as in 'as new' condition. This surface treatment machine served only as a backup line in a parquet production facility and was used only for specific surface techniques, resulting in the low operating hours. In other words, this line was only sporadically in operation from 2019 to 2022.

In 2023, our company was downsized and the line has since been stored and is immediately available, hence it is in almost brand new condition!

However, as we no longer have use for the line, it is now for sale. The original price of this line was approx. €87,000 in 2019. The current selling price is negotiable.
