POWER SWINGLY 20 kN Resonance Test Stand
The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test stand is designed as a two-mass oscillator.
It consists of a vibration head, excited by an imbalance motor driven by a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor. The vibration head is located at the top of the machine and generates the dynamic amplitude.
The vibration head is supported against the upper crossbar via preloaded compression springs and is centrally guided.
The mid-load drive is located in the lower part of the machine and applies the static preload by means of a geared motor via a spindle drive.
The specimen chamber is positioned above the clamping table and is limited at the top by the adjustable crossbar.
The test stand is controlled by the EXCITING MOT control system.
All control electronics for the system are housed in an industrial PC cabinet.
The control cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet steel and meets protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
