SCHENK plate filter, pre-owned, equipped with 9 plates in 400 × 400 mm format, designed for filtration of wines, juices, musts, and food-grade liquids.
This compact model is particularly suitable for small and medium-scale production, filtration trials, or occasional clarification operations.
Its robust construction, combined with a mechanical clamping system using a central screw, ensures good operational stability and easy daily use.
The filter takes standard 400×400 filter plates, which are readily available on the market.
