Used universal mixer/cutter by Robot Coupe (FR) model R60.

Machine has stainless steel mixing bowl with internal dimensions: diameter 45 cm x length of straight side 38 cm.
Total volume 60 l.
Working output - maximal batch for emulsifing 36 kg, maximal batch for chopping - up to 25 kg, maximal batch on dough (60% hydrated) - up to 30 kg.
Machine has bottom driven shaft with three cutting curve knives.
Shaft is driven by 11/7.6 kW, 2875/1445 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz el. motor.
Working rotation speeds - 1500 rpm and 3000 rpm.
Working time cycle adjustable from 1 to 4 minutes.
Top is covered with polycarbonate lid, closed on clamp.
Missing lid wiper.
Manual tilt discharge.
Machine is mounted on stainless steel supporting frame.
