UDSA Gas Warm Air Heater – peak efficiency and performance

The most well-known unit from REZNOR, the UDSA gas warm air heater, ensures uniform air distribution in industrial halls. This easy-to-install recirculating air unit is available in 14 performance sizes from 7 to 97 kW, and consists of a heat exchanger, gas burner, and an exhaust fan. The combustion air can be drawn either from outside (as standard) or directly from the installation room.

REZNOR’s UDSA warm air heater ensures even air distribution in heated halls. Its patented heat exchanger sets new benchmarks for flow dynamics and heat transfer, delivering an efficiency rating of over 92%.

These units are direct gas-fired warm air heaters equipped with fan-supported atmospheric multi-gas burners.

Installation of the gas warm air heater and connection to the gas and exhaust lines must only be carried out by an authorized installation company.

The gas warm air heaters are suitable for:
- Natural gas or LPG operation
- Recirculating air operation
- Intake air temperatures below 5°C with stainless steel heat exchanger *
- Single-stage or two-stage heating operation* (control via room thermostat and heating control switch)
- Ventilation control via ECOtronic TN-L° with day-night-week program
- Flue gas discharge through roof (version B or C) or through external wall (version C)
