Full-automatic sawing and punching machine for aluminium and plastic profiles

The Profilma 502 ST - V combines precise sawing and punching in one continuous, automated process. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, this machine is ideally suited for high production volumes, complex machining, and processing of material bundles.

Control is managed via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time display, and integrated fault diagnostics. An IXON router enables secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job.
