The construction featuring a heavy-duty steel base frame of approx. 4 t ensures high static rigidity, making processing of solid wood and various metals effortless. The sophisticated arrangement and distribution of the 35 mm linear rails and guides, together with the robust gantry and its vibration-damping properties, are standout features of our CNC milling machines.

All machine components and installed servo drive units are the result of years of development and experience. The powerful servo motors are highly efficient and backlash-free, directly coupled to the German-quality ball screws, offering feedback-free drive technology to meet even the highest demands.

The advanced, freely programmable CNC control system enables flexible operation via touchscreen under all production conditions and comes as standard on our PFEIFER technology SkyCNC WK series milling machines. With this CNC controller, you can create your milling data, import CAD/CAM data, and process jobs independently of a computer.

The tool changer (up to 16 tools), solid aluminium vacuum table, various tool/workpiece cooling solutions, automatic lubrication system for all axes, and more refined details complete this milling system.
