The machine is equipped with:
- RMV-40: Automatic edge magazine, 0.4–3 mm edge thickness, end trimming shears with roller and optical sensor, reduces edge length on the workpiece (edge saving)
- Automatic edge feeder with optical monitoring of individual, fixed-length edges
- Combi Melt – gluing zone for EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as suitable for all standard cleaning granulates

Machine control:
- Via 15-inch color touchscreen monitor, any number of sequentially saved work programs
- Complete presetting of machining units as well as working parameters for the Combimelt gluing system for full automation and highest operator comfort
- Electronic control – traverse points with high precision, +/- 1 mm
- Via Beckhoff industrial PC, some units can be reset during machine loading

Working units:
- F – Pre-milling:
For pre-milling workpieces before glue application,
2 HF motors 1.5 kW, with and against feed, automatically controlled
- Kc – Double end trimming unit:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm
- Bfc – Rough milling cutter:
For rough milling of solid edges from the surface and for pre-milling radii
- Hft – Fine milling unit – radius:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm, double-sided, automatically adjustable
- AKF – Automated copying milling unit as a universal milling aggregate:
With two independent spindles (top/bottom) for longitudinal as well as corner processing. Automatic switching from phase for thin edge up to 1 mm to edge radius processing.

- ZKc – Scraper unit R2:
Double-sided operation, automatic control, for pulling off rounded edges
- FZK – Flat scraper for removing edge and excess glue
- GE – Second operation for guiding workpieces (can be swung away or towards the machine)
- GS – Release agent spray on the edge
- RS Set – 4-fold chemical spray and cleaning unit
- ZKc – Scraper unit R1
- WE – Angle stop – serves for precise feeding of the workpiece into the edgebander

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition with regular servicing – OTT (Asamer s.r.o.)
The machine is currently fully operational in production and can be tested – PUR gluing in use. Available end of 2025.
