Scope of supply:

1. Entry section, manufactured by OTO MILLS, including:
• OTOAD256-PA double decoiler
• Double peeler
• OTO GG254 automatic end-to-end welding
• Vertical Floop accumulator

2. OTO 80.3 QTC tube production line manufactured by OTO MILLS, with:
• Cast iron stand
• Adjustable lower shaft height
• Reinforced motor and 2-speed gearboxes

3. OTO QTC quick-change cassette system – 2nd offline cassette set including:

4. 150 m/min flying saw: OTO TCCG160 high-speed cold saw featuring:
• 70kW motorized carriage motion

5. MAIR SQ.HEX.90.D.5.SL automatic bundler with emulsion draining & bundle weighing system:
• Capable of making hexagonal, square, and rectangular bundles
• 5 modules for pipe lengths 4–10 m (12 m for thickness >1.8 mm)
• Includes emulsion draining and bundle weighing unit
• 3 chains for finished bundle storage
• Test tube section, with test pipe cut-off saw
